It's a question of taste. It belongs here to the extent that it's the beach summer culture in Newquay, and part of the surf scene. As for the gymnast and her position in the picture, I personally find it very elegant and sensual. Some surfers look like cooks, some are smooth and athletic, same goes with girls doing as simple a thing as walking.
