Actually nagshead. Dumb to build this close to the water? we dont care. Outer Banks locals are so strapped for cash that we'd rebuild it closer to the ocean without permits.

The locals may be strapped for cash. But just think of the cost of finding/building another house when the elements takes its toll on this one and it collaspes into the water. Sometimes thinking ahead does actually help.
