I don't understand all this back and forth about photoshop? Does anybody making the comments understand what the program is used for? Most digital photographers focus on getting the best shot they can no matter what, but if loading it on photoshop and tweaking it a little bit improves the shot, what's wrong with that? Unless the content of the image is being manipulated, photoshop for a photographer is like having their own darkroom. Contrast, saturation, hue, highlights. By criticizing the use of photoshop, it's the same as criticizing any photo studio technician who turns dials and knobs for a living, trying to get that next print of yours the best it can be before he hits the print button on the machine. In this case, we're printing the photos to your screen for enjoyment. Give it a break!

Such a shame that someone has to claim photoshop, I spent over 8 hours in the water that day. Waves have been flat here for a over a month. So was just happy to see a day like this, the next day was flat....again.

THIS HAS BEEN PHOTOSHOPPED FOR SURE... "don't any of you realise that Coolum area does not barrel like that" etc etc etc etc, i'd say theres only a handful of epic photos on here that have been photoshopped. You'd be surprised what a camera can do, and how epic one moment can look to watching an entire wave
