Good old North East. Nice to see a photo up on msw. I started out at Saltburn many years ago and would love to see some pics of the hard core waves and crew up there.

Squirl you're talking out of the wrong hole. The US has the 8th longest in the world. It's even beaten by far smaller countries like Norway, The Philipines and Japan. It appears you're one of those embarassingly thick idiots which do your fellow country men no favours in spouting crap, proclaiming to have the best/most/biggest of everything and anything, when really you know jack. Canada has about 140,000 more miles of it than you so you're someway out and your knowledge of UK immigration is worse still.

You gotta be kidding SQUIRL. You obviously have not lived in Folkestone. Immigrants get 1st class travel on the underside of Eurostar to get into the UK. Anyway, great photo. I would hang onto the underside of a train to surf there.

I am pretty sure you will find Oz to have more coastline than the states but I could be wrong. Where did you get that fact from?

More coastline than any other country... Wow... Makes up for the lack of class, history and culture. (Here we go again!)

...it's because there's no fences, the immigrants just walk straight in...

You should be glad you live in the U.S.A. we have more coast line than any other country in the world and just as many beautiful scenic locations as any country in the world. I dont see any body jumping fences or swimming across channels to get in the UK. Have a little pride.
