This could be anywhere other than Pipe but Pipe does sometimes do this at the end of the wave when there's a lot of sand stuck in the inside. More often than not when it's victory at sea conditions, the wave morphs into spectacular shapes, nothing you would want to get yourself into... YOu could basically stand there in the sand in waist high water and have this 15 foot wall pummel you.
