This Picture is not taken @ Pichilemu itslf. It ‘s taken in Hacienda Topo Calma. You have to ask permision @ the land owner to get to the 3 spots. 2 surf spots and 1 verry famous windsurfspot. This is 1 of the surfspots. Most off the time there is nobady in the water becaus this is the worst of the 2 surf spots.
