I was just wondering, what is a good, cheap camera to start out with? I want to make movies of me and my friends bodyboarding. It needs to be able to be watertight at least a little deep. Most of the shots will be shorebreak. Any suggestions?

Sick Photo!! Got a surf Hero last week.....its awesome!!! Much better angle fixed on the board rather than on the head. On photo burst mode you can get some crazy pics from all kinds of angles. Love it!

I missed seeing John here or this photo was taken in Dec not Jan, either way it's a hot shot.
