The last orange helmet split in two after a wipeout at mullaghmore. Id say it was a wise choice to be wearing one! search 'mullaghmore massacre'

Al mennie seems to wear a helmet a good bit in the pics ive seem him in. I say fair play to him. If you can drop into the waves he drops into then maybe you can judge. As far as crab island goes...its pretty rocky there to say the least.
