Why are you looking for other spots if you want to keep southwold to yourself? Everywhere on MSW used to be a secret spot. I think I have surfed the esat coast on my own most of the time anyway. I prefer south of the river anyway!

there is no harm lookin for new spots as long as you keep it to yourself, but plastering them on the internet is another thing. something I learnt while travelling from other locals; low exposure lineups make for happy lineup enough said. I don't expect non locals to understand.

Boys, boys boys, it really does not brake that often, you got to know the spot real well to know the right conditions, like all the waves on the east coast it's fickle to say the least. It is not all we got in East anglia and what we do have is not alot, just a place where waves brake occasionally, so i do agree that it doesnt really earn a place on magic seaweed. Good luck with the autumn swells coming up and give my best to bonehead.

lets try keep these to ourselves lads as ssswold isn't supposed to be on msw. its not really a surf spot an the few that do surf here would like to keep it that way, my letter of complaint as to this spot being on here wasnt even recognised, lets try keep it low profile, no more photos as its just going to ruin it for the rest

mate i wouldn't get too worried, southwold is shite most of the time and when it is good lowestoft is nearly always better.
