Let’s not lecture now, carpe. otw and pipe has boogie boarders yes....but they are not treated equal. I don’t hate em' but I do find the jabs irresistible and at the very least, accurate. Nothing is fabricated and I don’t get personal unless someone pulls me into that alley so its all in good fun. For me. If I had a son who boogie boarded I would give him the same shit and love him at the same time.

Chenson, I've noticed that on several occasions you have left comments meant to "diss" body boarders. I could spend all day showing you and telling you about how body boarders in Hawaii are rushing waves just as hard as the short boarders out here. But I don't care to because I respect short boarders just the same as all surfers. They're all putting they're life on the line when they charge big heavy stuff. The reef will take your life just as quick no matter what you're riding. As long as you're having fun and being respectful to everyone in the water, what does it matter what you're riding? I've noticed that the majority of people leaving comments that put down body boarders live in Texas or something where they've never even observed what the surf scene looks like. Most stereotypes and discrimination come from people that are ignorant to reality. We like our body boarders here in Hawaii. It'd be nice if we could reflect that same respect on the community surf sites since that's how it actually is. You wouldn't say this stuff to body boarder's faces at OTW. Show them the same respect on here.
