I spoke to a woman at Porthtowan whose Husband got clamped at Praa.He had a ticket that had blown upside down on the dash, he protested, demanded to speak to the drones supervisor, the more he compained , the greater the fine became. Eventually he called the Police who said they could not help. Its a pretty medieval way to run a car park. The pics dont indicate how infrequently it works and how popular it has become
