The summers can be fickle with a few bigger days and longer period swell. The winters can harsh with >70 mph wind, bigger swells dominate. I'm happy when the buoy's at 20ft and 22 seconds. But aren't we all?
Simp. Hola from Ecuador. Have a good journey to that part of Kodiak Is. I last surfed there in April ´91 .. Fickel breaks .. With the crowds now. some days I wish I was back in Alaskan waters .
