It was well publicised. I had it on my site and facebook and it was on the Irish Tow Rescue site with an update whenever suitable conditions were forseen, it was pretty much on every other surfing site, forum and facebook surfing business site over the past week. I guess there wasn't posters put up everywhere but it was all over the internet.
Im not sure - guess you'll need a good zoom but not sure of where is the best place, sorry.
I have contacted Richie Fitz again on this. He said that he and the other lads have no problem with my photos and their publication. I have been in contact with them about my shots, etc. since the 8th Nov to ensure they were happy. And they are. So if the guys who surfed the wave and discovered it have no problem with my photos then I dont think its your position to say whats right and whats not and its defo not cool to leave abusive comments.
Easy on there. I have talked with Richie Fitz and couple of the others and they have not raised any problems with my photos. They are actually pleased with them. Richie has said that any surfer in North West would know where it is. To anyone outside the northwest and even to many within its just another piece of coastline.
I was at Prowlers that day watching/taking photos - it was unreal. Great that its getting some recognition.
