If Kelly Slater says it too...then by GOD it's got to be true! Kelly Slater produced the world's best surfer...NOT Florida! THAT is what makes him so extraordinary! I was just randomly picking another well known peninsula, surrounded by usually(?)calm seas. He looks like a future world champ for sure...especially with the support he's getting and the contests he's already won OUTSIDE of Italy. That 'Moskito Tour' win had me baffled until I googled ISP also. Never heard of it before...but that applies to a lot of things, including surf contests. There's a cruel irony in that name now with AI's death from a mosquito-borne virus, seems to me. Kelly won lots of grom/junior contests IN Florida, which actually does have skill 'challenging' waves(good, bad & ugly...that's a Spaghetti Western movie reference there Kimbo...sorry)...before competing beyond Florida.

No matter what type of wave, big or small you always seem to perform so well with the endless amount of manoeuvres you can pull off, whilst making it look so easy.
