i m not gunna lie, its quite an annoying video to watch...pretty nice mellow wave, however they do need thicker boards for a cruisy ride. i dont know why when everyones on a period they come on magic seaweed. these videos are up for discussions partly why people post them. no ones trying to put them down, no need to turn into a girl about it all
Yeah, does look weak, but it does have to be said that it looks like the bloke who is trying to pump like crazy on the wave isnt actually making much speed, seems to spending too much time with the back end of the board bogging itself down and losing speed, trying too hard so to speak. good to keep practicing though
their having a go with the boards they own, can't fault that, that swell looks really weak, thats the problem, add that to the backwash and you get that effect.
I concur! Anybody who leaves a jaded reply that is so negative and insulting has truly lost the real essence of surfing! Their loss mate!
Yeah sure, a long board would have been better that day and is a justifiable comment, but not everyone has the money to buy ten surfboards for all conditions! I bet when it's overhead you have a much easier time getting out back than anyone stuck with a longboard! As long as we're having fun in the water, that's what its about!
You guys need to stop trying act so cool with your lame ass shortboards and get a longboard or at least a nice thick fish out there. you make that wave look rubbish when infact it looks like a nice mellow ride
