2ft Light Cross-Shore wind * *
Surf conditions at 7.10 a.m. on Sunday 12th May 2013: It's okay around here this morning, smaller than yesterday with a couple to three feet of sloppyish surf not helped by that too westerly but fairly light wind. A couple of guys are out and having some fun. The bumpy set waves showing a little bit of direction, the odd one off the Rock having a bit of a wall to them. That is at just about full high tide, it should get a little sharper as the tide drops but it needs the wind to slip more southerly to give it more shape, probably through midday. So this afternoon looks like it could be worth getting wet and it might just improve on the incoming tide. Shame about this dull weather though.
