Medium Onshore wind
Surf conditions at 6.45 a.m. on Thursday 23rd May 2013:
A windswept wash of small and weak looking, chopped out surf is the view here this morning. A more Wintery view, in spite of the bright sunshine. The seaweed strewn beach, freshly covered by windblown sand is by now normally settling into its summer guise of a soft and rolling sandy beach but so far this Spring it still has that hardness to it, the stream still carving its way through the seaweed and pebbles.
When the wind eventually changes it could be good here for a while!
But that wind is showing no sign of change any time soon yet and so the other side is probably the place to be for a while yet. At least there is the chance of finding a session with the hope of some cleaner shape over there today!
