Medium Onshore wind
Surf conditions at 6.20 a.m. on Friday 14th June 2013:
Well that wind has eased off, if only a little but it is another dreary, damp and dismal start to the day and the wind is still strong enough to make a mess of the smaller surf.
But it brightened up a treat yesterday and so it should again today.
Right now there are three to maybe just a bit bigger than three foot waves bouncing in ahead of that still fresh sou' westerly wind, all a little mixed up, all a little grey looking too but maybe with a promise of better to come.
Watch out for a little tweak in the wind this evening, it could just flinch offshore for a moment or two!
In the meantime let's trek over the headland and have a little gawk at Harlyn......
