Surf conditions at 6.35 a.m. on Saturday 22nd June 2013:
The wind is zipping across the bay, blowing into those curling walls of tourquoise, helping to funnel shape those little waves.
It's a good two feet with maybe some bigger ones peaking off the Rock. There's a couple of guys sat there, waiting for those set waves. They will come and more frequently as the day rolls on.
It should easily be three to four feet on the incoming tide this afternoon, possibly bigger, definitely hollow and maybe even peeling (for Harlyn!). And it should work pretty much through this afternoon's high tide, the beach is pretty flat around the high tide mark.
Yep, it's looking good for a fun Saturday surf at Harlyn Bay!
