Howling Onshore wind
Surf conditions at 6.15 a.m. on Sunday 23rd June 2013:
It's big, it's bad and it's blown to pieces.
The wind is howling in from the west, probably the west north west and is blasting the waves all over the bay. There's windblown froth and slop drifting out as far as you can see, a view more like mid-winter than mid-summer!
So, won't be going surfing here today then!
The far coast? Anybody?
And if you want to be quietly amazed, sit back with your morning cuppa and let your eyeballs feast on this: vimeo.com/68777586
