Calm Offshore wind
Surf conditions at 6.10 a.m. on Wednesday 10th July 2013:
That big ball of sunshine is still hanging in the deep blue sky this morning, the breeze is still light and still offshore but the surf is almost non-existent.
There is the occasional immaculately shaped little peeler zipping across the sand but there is also a good old wait between them. And then they are pretty much shin high to thigh high at best. That is an hour or two ahead of high tide, it could just be at its best!
But I bet that you will be able to get a longboard glide in as the tide shallows onto those banks as it drops and rises, with a lot of patience!
