2ft Medium Cross-Shore wind * *
Polzeath Surf Report Photo
Polzeath 10.45: The persistent rain beating against the windows told me that there was not a lot of value in getting up early this morning. But actually there are some waves to be had despite that, the wind is cross shore so the small swell is breaking quite cleanly, the big question is can you be arsed to hang around a bedraggled beach? The weather is going to stay a bit naff for the next couple of hours and then clear this afternoon, there will be a bit more rain tonight and then it looks set fair for the week ahead with small waves most days, you just have to spot the moments when the wind and swell play together for the best surfing. For more information on anything surf or surfboard, please call 01208 863962 or email: surfescape@gmail.com check out our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/EscapeSurfboards . I’ll be back to it tomorrow morning from 9.00 till 12.30 and then 2.00 to 4.30 so come and see us then.

About Escape Surfboards
At Escape Surfboards we are dedicated to producing the best surfboards that are going to suit all surfers, no matter what your ability. We have been working on several new designs over the winter that will get the best out of our slack summer waves. As well as refining our already successful designs we have taken a look at what has been going on in the rest of the world and the results are the all new Kiwi Burst which is a new take on the mini-mal/Flying Carpet concept with a wider body and diamond tail. The Kiwi Burst can be surfed either as a single fin, Thruster or Quad and will be sold exclusively through Magic Seaweed. The second board is the Mini-S which is very much a mini-simms design with its distinctive parallel outline, S deck, with hull shaped bottom entry leading to single concave in the tail; surfed either as a keel twin or quad the Mini-S will be a great board for beating the summer small surf blues. We specialize in making boards in either polyester or epoxy resin and can fix your board in almost any construction. Check out our website, www.facebook.com/EscapeSurfboards email surfescape@gmail.com or get on the old blower and call 01208 863962 for anything surfboard.
