Surf conditions at 6.10 a.m. on Tuesday 6th August 2013:
Well, it's a bit brighter than it has been!
After that lashing that we took yesterday it is all a bit quieter this morning! And brighter too, although you can still see those shower clouds hovering.
The surf is a couple of feet, a bit wishy washy and bumpy with a light onshore breeze and it has that early morning broodiness to it as well. But that should sort itself out as the day brightens and settles.
We should be able to enjoy some small but fun little bumpy surf later on and it will probably be at its best through the afternoon, on the incoming tide.
The groms are going to love it on their little grovel boards and there will be one or two steeper little waves for the rest of us too!
