Surf conditions at 6.05 a.m. on Tuesday 20th August 2013:
It's a bright and calm and pleasant morning this morning, all clear skies and blue seas.
The breeze is light and feels like it is gently blowing offshore but the surf looks as if it is gently blowing onshore, agreeing with all of the forecasts.
But the surf is pretty good anyway.
A decent three feet of bumpy swell is rolling in, still a bit close together but just about lined up, the set waves being fun looking and bigger.
But you have to wait for them!
So, another sunny day of half decent surf lies ahead of us, giving us something to do while we are waiting for our delivery of Al Merrick and Lost surfboards!!
They are on their way and so the countdown has begun!
