Surf conditions at 6.10 a.m. on Friday 23rd August 2013:
That stunning sunset of last night has been replaced by a jawdropper of a sunrise this morning.
It's another breathless morning too, no wind at all allowing those decent little, glassy waves to peel about the place as they wish. The sky is gradually thickening with that summer greyness, a promise of damper to come later but right now it's bright and sunny with the clouds acting as a backdrop.
The surf is small but it is neatly lined up, peaking off the back of the Reef at high tide and down by the Point too. It's certainly worth a glide and you'll probably get more than that.
Chris from Plymouth is on his way in for a solo session and it will probably be fun high tide Constantine.
And we're still waiting for those Al Merrick and Lost! boards to arrive. They left the factory last Thursday apparently, so I'm guessing that they could rock up anytime today!
