Strong Onshore wind
Surf conditions at 6.45 a.m. on Monday 16th September 2013:
It's a wild 'n woolly one out there this morning, not the tempest that was forecast but there is a fresh westerly blowing through.
And it is a lot brighter than expected and while that westerly going north westerly wind is bending the trees and rustling the hedgerows, ripping at those Autumn leaves, it's not yet as stormy as expected
But it is stormy enough to trash any prospects of a surf anytime soon along this stretch of wave battered Cornwall!
The surf is probably five feet but it is completely blown out, those onshore blown waves becoming no more than rocking slop. And this wind has enough north to it to probably make a mess of Harlyn too.
Anyone know what the far coast is like this morning?
