Surf conditions at 7.20 a.m. on Monday 21st October 2013:
The tide is too high right now but conditions are superb with that wind straight offshore and lighter here, protected by the high tide sandbank.
A couple of feet of evenly spaced swell is lining up from a good way out, peacefully gliding beachwards, smoothed by that wind. There's not the manic carnage of yesterday's weekend rush off the Rock, just the tempting glide of beautifully shaped little sculptured watery walls.
Yep it looks like it might be fun out here as the tide drops, although it might be this afternoon's tide before we see something just a bit bigger.
Harlyn can be fun when it's like this!
