Surf conditions at 7.10 a.m. on Friday 8th November 2013:
The tide is almost high and so the two to three foot plus surf is a bit bouncy and twitchy.
But the wind is light and pretty much offshore while the swell is rhythmically pulsing those waves ashore. There's a gap between sets and the waves are far enough apart to make it promising for later, even on the dropping tide.
Yep, we should have some decent waves to ride here in that grey rain today.
