3ft Medium Cross-Shore wind * * *
Surf conditions at 7.45 a.m. on Saturday 9th November 2013: The wind is lighter here this morning, a little too westerly to clean that surf as much as we would like, it's blowing across the waves making for a bit of a bump on those two to three feet waves. There's half a dozen or so out already and a couple of those are catching a few chest to shoulder high waves, the very occasional bigger wave catching them now and again! It looks like they're having fun a couple of hours ahead of high water, Yep, it would be better if the wind was a few degrees more southerly but it's okay right now and that wind could very likely veer more southerly by this afternoon anyway! It could get busy later, it being a weekend and all that, so take it easy out there. A little patience goes a long way!
