Strong Onshore wind
Surf conditions at 7.20 a.m. on Wednesday 20th November 2013:
It's another hideous morning, a gloomy, dark, wet 'n windy one, even chillier than yesterday's!
The surf is being blown out (and blown about) by that frisky north westerly wind, the same wind that is keeping these temperatures down, it's barely four or five degrees C out there this morning.
Yep it's chilly, wet and windy with blown out surf. Time to catch up on all those jobs that don't get done when there is surf.
Or we could slip over to the south coast?
Oh, and this is fairly important:
Google are pulling their checkout (Google Wallet) payment facilities on the 20th November (today!) and so any purchases from our website from then will not be able to be processed!
As most regular visitors to the site know, we have had problems in trying to re-build and modernise the site. But the long and short of it is is that the checkout stuff on the shop part of the site will not be working. We have now managed to remove most of the checkout stuff but if there is anything that we've overlooked, it might just be advisable if you DO NOT USE IT!
Now there's a message that every shopkeeper wants to advertise on the build up to Christmas!
With some cold weather aiming our way soon, now might be the time to consider upgrading your winter wetsuit or getting your first one? We have the complete range of this season's Xcel and O'Neill winter suits on the rails, so if you're around this way, why not drop in on us for a look-see!
And have a little look at this from Sharpy, a few Winter rules at surfm.ag/2013/11/14/winter-rules
