Surf conditions at 8.10 a.m. on Sunday 8th December 2013:
Well, I was right about the wind, it is light and onshore, from the south west but I got it so wrong about the surf! There's barely a foot or two of slopped up and bouncy, washy surf slopping around the bay this morning.

Padstow Christmas Festival finishes today, with glorious food in abundance at every turn. 'Lonely Planet' has declared it to be 'one of the top ten Christmas markets in Europe' with more celeb chefs than you can shake a mixing stick at offering demos and tidbits all the way through the weekend!
Yep, the run up to Christmas has started!
