Surf conditions at 7.35 a.m. on Thursday 19th December 2013:
Whew, that was a bit of a squeeker of a landing last night with screams and squeals bumps and thumps. Exciting though!
And then that drive through those winds and rain, a whole new way to rock 'n roll. But luckily didn't roll.
Anyway, back into it and it sounds like the surf was good here while I was away too? And this morning there's still a beefy swell rolling around out there, probably in the six to eight feet plus range, the wind a steady south westerly, calm in comparison to last night's blowthrough!
But the surf looks a bit of a chore, all lumpy, bumpy, rippy, choppy and washed out really.
Harlyn should be good though, let's have a little wander over........
