Strong Onshore wind
Surf conditions at 7.35 a.m. on Saturday 1st February 2014:
SORRY! OUR WEBSITE SERVER IS DOWN, SO HERE"S TODAY"S SURF REPORT FOR CONSTANTINE:
It's a blowey and chilly morning, not quite the tempest that has been flagged up but I reckon that might still be to come!
The surf is humping through at about eight feet, the wind gusting strongly from the south sou' west, making for mixed up and mad conditions out to sea.
You wouldn't want to be going near it, not here, not today.
And it is likely to double or treble in size through the day while those winds only strengthen.
Let's trot on over to the shelter of Harlyn Bay:
If you're around this way on the weekend it could be worth your while to pop in and see us!
We are starting to clear a whole bunch of wetsuits out, many of them at 25% OFF, a whole heap at 30% OFF and some (mainly weird sized Summer weight suits to be honest!) at 50% OFF!!
We also have a few discounts on those sleeker surfboards that are more favoured for Winter and we have a few FCS fins left to clear following last weekend's SALE, along with a whole heap of other stuff.
So, drop in on us and see what's on offer! You never know, it might just end up giving you that little spur to your winter surfing!!
And if you're thinking how hard core we all are, check out these guys surfing the great lakes!
Now that is keen: vimeo.com/84923342
