OUR WEBSITE SERVER IS STILL DOWN, SO HERE"S TODAY"S SURF REPORT (and on Twitter and Facebook):
It's a much calmer morning this morning, that storm having relaxed a little overnight. But the sea is still wild!
There's not quite the crazy chaos of yesterday evening with all that drama of those crazed and mountainous seas rolling drunkenly our way. No, this morning is showing some big waves but 'big' on a more regular scale, eight to ten feet, maybe bigger but peaking way outside and then rolling ashore with some rhythm to them, a regular saltwater beat replacing that crazy, mixed upness of the last eighteen hours or so.
Yep, it's calmer and it's brighter and it's milder, but you still wouldn't want to go anywhere near it in a surfing kind of way!
So, over the headland we merrily skip, to see what Harlyn has to offer this morning.........
If you're around this way on the weekend it could be worth your while to pop in and see us!
We are starting to clear a whole bunch of wetsuits out, many of them at 25% OFF, a whole heap at 30% OFF and some (mainly weird sized Summer weight suits to be honest!) at 50% OFF!!
We also have a few discounts on those sleeker surfboards that are more favoured for Winter and we have a few FCS fins left to clear following last weekend's SALE, along with a whole heap of other stuff.
So, drop in on us and see what's on offer! You never know, it might just end up giving you that little spur to your winter surfing!!
And if you're thinking how hard core we all are, check out these guys surfing the great lakes!
