Surf conditions at 7.35 a.m. on Monday 17th February 2014:
It's okay around here this morning an hour or so after high tide, the wind is a bit too strong offshore but the land is protecting the waves to some extent.
And so on a rainy, grey and blustery old morning, the surf is rolling in at a couple of feet to a small three feet, curling and peeling a bit (for Harlyn!), and looking like fun.
It is smaller than it has been for ages around here this morning but it is very rideable, although I guess that it is likely to drop in size with the dropping tide. But it should perk up a bit on this afternoon's incoming tide again.
Yep, it should be fun in the rain!
