2ft Light Cross-Shore wind * *
Surf conditions at 7.20 a.m. on Thursday 20th February 2014: It's a bit small around here this morning and a little raggedy and bumpy too, just ahead of high tide but that is probably just the early morning high tide fug that hits it now and again. There are pleasant looking two foot waves occasionally peeling off the Rock, a bit fat but maybe fun on a longboard. Don't write it off here today though, there's a new swell on its way and that should show through the morning and into this afternoon's tide change. I think that we can safely expect some fun waves by mid afternoon and the wind is forecast to stay mainly offshore here pretty much all day. So, an afternoon of fun and building Harlyn surf! That should keep the young 'uns happy in half term!
