Howling Onshore wind
Surf conditions at 7.15 a.m. on Monday 3rd March 2014:
It's a wild and windy, wet and blowy one this morning, cold too with that wind blasting in from the west north west.
The surf is pretty huge with big lumps of water submerging the Quies, while inshore those same waves are grinding down the beach at high tide once again.
There's no hope for a surf here or anywhere near here today, it's just huge and out of control.
It's going to be a trip over to the far coast for a surf today if you're keen to on a grey and wet, windy day!
Thanks to all of you who called in to grab a bargain wetsuit this weekend in our clearance sale! We still have a few left so we might do another quick sale next weekend too! Or maybe an online thing? We'll let you now!
And great to see the Leeds Uni Surf Club down for the weekend! Great waves and fun times were had by all! Hope you found your keys eventually!
