2ft Calm Offshore wind * * *
Surf conditions at 6.50 a.m. on Tuesday 15th April 2014: It’s a good ‘un this morning, the birds are singing, the sky is blue and the waves are glassy! There’s a small couple of feet of beautifully shaped surf reeling across the Reef this morning, the tide just a fraction too high still at the beach but Team Ferg are ready and waiting to get at it the minute it drops back, which will only be in a few minutes. Yep, it looks like longboard heaven out there this morning and it should stay sunny and surfable all day, as long as the forecast south easterly (offshore) wind doesn’t blow too strongly this afternoon! But right now it is beautiful with small surf maybe but otherwise wonderful!
