Surf conditions at 6.10 a.m. on Saturday 30th August 2014: It’s another breezy one this morning, a blustery, westerly wind shaking the fruit-laden hedgerows, piling the sand in heaps and pushing those breaking waves around the bay. There are a lot of bright bits in what otherwise could easily be a dreary sky giving hope that it might not end up being that kind of wet one, that blustery, showery, chilly kind of day. There’s a promise of brighter and warmer weather to come next week but right now it does feel as though Summer is gently drifting away. The surf is a mixed up junkfest of sloppy stuff, three to probably four feet of rolling waves being prodded and poked and pushed around by that wind. No, it’s not looking very tempting, not here. Let’s gallop on over to Harlyn to see what’s happening there: WWW.CONSTANTINESURF.COM is the place to go for our early bird SURF REPORT for Constantine Bay and Harlyn Bay as well as the surf forecast for tomorrow and the weekend!
