Surf conditions at 6.20 a.m. on Tuesday 2nd September 2014: It’s not that good around here this morning, which is a bit of a surprise. That barely existent breath of a breeze must be just north easterly, allowing a crumbly wobble to bump what little surf is managing to weakly slide around here this morning. It is a good couple of hours after low tide but it is still very low, giving the idea that it might improve with this morning’s tide. But the surf is so good over the headland, that is the place to aim for. But it might be worth keeping a little eye on here for later if you’re a Harlyn fan, the breeze is likely to clean up as we go along and that swell could swing in a little more with the tide.
