The winds have picked up out of the ESE and the surf is building. Right now we have some waist high waves. Seas will build to 3-5 ft. Water temp 75. Today will be partly cloudy. Chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the lower 80s. Southeast winds 10 to 15 mph becoming 5 to 15 mph early in the afternoon...then becoming 5 to 10 mph late in the afternoon. Chance of rain 40 percent.
