6AM REPORT: 2-3ft / 1.4mtr groundswell from the south east and increasing sou east windswell to 3ft. Light to moderate winds from the south east in the morning 10-15 kts, turning moderate east sou east in the afternoon 15-20 kts. Try exposed south facing beaches for the most size, but southern corners will be most protected from the wind. Try Wanda, Midway, Elouera and The wall in the morning. Check back later for a 4pm afternoon update as the swell is building. Until then enjoy your day.

I am a surfer from cronulla beach on the east coast of australia about 20 minutes from sydney. I have 25 years experience as a surfer.I have ten years experience working in the surf industry in retail and wholesale, I was also a sales representative, for companies such as Aloha Surf, Pottz/Vudu/Darcy Surfboards, Xcel wetsuits, spoon watches, Hammer snowboards and Correll shoes. I am married and have a 3 year old son. I have been working as a surf coach for cronulla surf school for the past 5 years and as a school teachers assistant and belong to cronulla christian surfers and cronulla sharks boardriders club. I compete in regional titles and selected events like The Jesus pro-am and Hurley and Volcom events. I am sponsored by Express Surfboards. I surf every day there is a wave.
