3ft Strong Cross-Shore wind * *
Surf conditions at 7.15a.m. on Friday 2nd November 2012: The surf is a little wishy washy and bouncy, the wind being a little too westerly, just a bit but enough to make for sloppier conditions. But there are half decent waves still rolling through, bouncy and lumpy but surfable and fun looking. A couple of keen ones are out already, possibly wringing the most out of a rapidly ending school half term holiday, and why not? But they are catching the odd bigger than it looked wave out back, and cruising all the way in to shallow water. I guess that it will drop in size on the outgoing tide but equally, we should see it build again as the tide rolls back in this afternoon. Three foot, bumpy but fun Harlyn with maybe some bigger sets this afternoon. That's likely to be the way of it!
