Strong Onshore wind
Surf conditions at 7.20 a.m. on Monday 19th November 2012:
It's a wet 'n windy one out there this morning, with a brisk south sou' westerly wind whittling along the coastline.
And, as the Beeb forecaster stated last night, 'It's likely to be wet duriing rush hour in Cornwal!!'.
Rush hour, in Cornwall, in November?
But he's kind of right though, the other car in the car park is getting a dousing, while the sky line to the east is showing an almost biblical dawn light show.
The surf? That's pretty windswept too.
Four to five feet of windblown rollers are sweeping into the bay, kind of blown smooth by the strength of the wind but still a bit of a mixed up mess. Nope, it's not looking at all tempting, especially after doing that mad motorway shuffle last night.
It's definitely worth a look at those sheltered spots though!
