Strong Cross-Shore wind
Surf conditions at 7.25 a.m. on Tuesday 27th November 2012:
It's pretty horrendous out there this morning, again!
The wind is howling across the bay, a north north westerly gale blowing the surf everywhere. It looks like it's going to be evening before we see the hoped for drop in wind strength and switch in wind direction but we are already feeling the drop in air temperature.
So, right now there's five feet of mixed up , windswept and wintery looking surf bouncing all over the bay, being tugged and pushed by a vicious side to onshore wind.
It could just be a different world by this afternoon but right now it's pretty grim out there!
