2ft Light Offshore wind * *
Surf conditions at 7.45 a.m. on Thursday 3rd January 2013: Ah, it's such a shame that the surf has dropped so much! There are lovely, clean and peaky (for Harlyn!) waves gliding into the bay this morning but it is pretty small, a foot to two feet of glassy waves to slide on. It's strange how Harlyn can feel so snuggly in these overcast, damp and mizzly conditions, it kind of outweighs the smallness of the surf sometimes. Like a big snuggly surfy blanket, you can just dive in and have a play without a worry or care. But it is small.
