Surf conditions at 7.50 a.m. on Sunday 13th January 2013:
It is a lovely morning this morning, a light offshore breeze, blue skies streaked pink from the east, smaller but super clean surf and a thermometer reading just 2 deg C!
It is smaller than yesterday but no worse for that, it's also a lot less rippy looking, less of a paddleathon. Three foot and occasionally bigger waves are creaking and cracking, exploding peaks being gently guided by the lightest of offshore (north easterly) breezes. It looks fun and full of promise on the dropping tide, making you think that it will probably improve again on the incoming tide this afternoon?
We were scratching our heads back at the shop during the week, trying to think of a fun and exciting way to attract more people into our little store, which is rammed full of all sorts of surfing goodies.

How about AT LEAST 25% OFF EVERYTHING (including surfboards!) and A LITTLE BIT MORE OFF SOME THINGS!

We're open 10 till 4, so why not drop in on us and get yourself a bargain, we can't keep doing it for ever!
