Surf conditions at 7.40 a.m. on Tuesday 15th January 2013:
Geez, that's a cold wind! No snow but a blast freezer of a north westerly wind!
And that is killing any idea of a surf on this coast today. The three to four feet of crazy, mixed up and bouncy waves are just being pushed and pulled across the bay in a mess of slop.
The sky-show is fun with large sculpted moulds of cotton wool being hurled from horizon to horizon, allowing glimpses of the blue sky that has been forecast for later. It's the south coast or no coast today for a surf!
