Amor Rah Gi Hapon,the same as usual.The wind has slowed a little but not a huge amount back to around 15-20 knots.Swell has stayed around the 6-7ft mark.Crowd still zero.Mindanao and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, provinces of Aurora and Quezon and Bicol Region will be cloudy with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with brief light rains. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the eastern section of the country and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be moderate coming from the northeast with moderate seas.
