Today was another day of change also,I surfed this afternoon just for the sake of surfing.The wind began the day as onshore from the East then went Southeast then southwest then west were it stayed and was slight all day.Swell was smaller in the am getting slightly larger in the pm to about 5ft and still from the East.Crowd in the morning was 3 keen locals and 2 when i ventured out in the afternoon. Synopsis: At 4:00 am today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 630 km Southeast of General Santos City (4.0°N, 131.0°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon. Forecast: Bicol Region, Eastern and Central Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao and Davao Region will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rinshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy with brief light rains. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Luzon and coming from the Northeast to North over Visayas and Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough. (in Filipino)
